These terms set out how forgedpharma.is works, how orders are handled, and what we ask of everyone who shops with us. By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About these terms
In these terms, “Forged Pharma”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of forgedpharma.is. “You” and “your” mean anyone who visits the site or places an order. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown with a specific offer.
2. Who can use this site
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use this site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
We sell and ship within Canada only. Orders placed with a shipping address outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded. Orders are for your own use and may not be resold.
3. Research use and medical disclaimer
Our products are sold for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Everything published on this site, including articles, product descriptions, lab reports and dosage calculators, is provided for information and education. It is not medical advice and does not replace the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Our support team can answer questions about our products, but we are not doctors. Speak with a healthcare professional before using any product.
You are responsible for how you use any product you purchase, and for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live. Forged Pharma accepts no responsibility for any use of our products or of the information on this site.
4. Your account
Some features of the site need an account. Please keep your details accurate and up to date, and keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, let us know through our Contact page. We may suspend or close any account used in breach of these terms.
5. Product information and lab reports
We work hard to describe every product accurately. Each lab report on our Lab Reports page applies to the batch that was tested. Product photos are for illustration, and labels and packaging can change from one batch to the next. If something on the site is inaccurate, we will correct it as soon as we know.
6. Prices and availability
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices, products and stock levels can change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
If a product is listed at the wrong price, or turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you by email. We will then correct the order with your approval, offer a suitable replacement where one is available, or cancel the affected item and refund what you paid for it.
7. Placing an order
Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It is not an acceptance. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in breach of these terms, or are sent to an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
8. Payment
Payment is due in full when you place your order. The payment methods available are shown at checkout, along with any instructions you need to complete your payment. Please follow those instructions carefully, as payments that do not follow them can take longer to verify. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled.
9. Discount codes, rewards and referrals
Discount codes, loyalty rewards and referral credits are subject to the terms shown with each offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, one code can be used per order, codes and rewards have no cash value, and they cannot be applied to past orders or exchanged. We may change or end any offer at any time, and we may cancel rewards earned through misuse of an offer.
10. Processing and shipping
Orders are processed on business days once payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays, and processing can take longer during busy periods.
Every order ships from within Canada in sealed, plain packaging with no product names or branding on the outside. Once the carrier scans your package, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to a day to appear on the carrier’s website. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, so any estimate we give is a guide, not a guarantee.
Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
11. Lost, delayed and returned packages
If your tracking stops moving for an extended period or your package is marked as lost, contact our support team with your order number. Before you do, please allow a few business days past the expected delivery date and check your mailbox, community mailbox and with your neighbours, as carriers sometimes deliver late or to a nearby address. We will look into it with the carrier and, once the loss is confirmed, send a replacement.
A replacement is not available where tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided.
Returned packages: We do not receive returned packages. If your package is returned because of a mistake on your end, such as an incorrect address or an expired PO box, we will not replace that package. If the mistake was on our end, we will replace the package at no cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier handling or other events outside our control.
12. Order issues, returns and refunds
If an item in your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and, where the issue is confirmed, send the correct or replacement item at no cost to you.
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
To protect the quality and integrity of every product we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
13. Reviews and comments
If you post a review, comment or other content on our site, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion, that it is lawful, and that it does not contain anything abusive, defamatory or misleading. You give us permission to display, edit for length or format, and reuse that content on our site. We may remove any content at our discretion.
14. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- use the site or any product for an unlawful purpose;
- provide false information or place fraudulent orders;
- interfere with the site, its security or the servers it runs on;
- attempt to access any account, system or data that is not yours; or
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy or collect content from the site without our written permission.
We may restrict or end access for anyone who does.
15. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product images, logos, lab report layouts, dosage calculators and design, belongs to Forged Pharma or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell, license or redistribute any content, or frame any page of this site, without our written permission.
16. Links to other websites
This site may link to websites run by others, such as carrier tracking pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
17. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site running smoothly and its information current. The site is provided as it is and as available, and we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forged Pharma, its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site, any product purchased from us, or these terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to cover Forged Pharma, its owners and staff against any claims, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of any product, your use of this site, or your breach of these terms.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its last updated date, and changes take effect when they are posted. The terms in place at the time you place an order apply to that order.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada.
22. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any offer terms, are the full agreement between you and Forged Pharma about your use of this site.
